The products (including all components) manifactured as part of öncü kitchenware are under warranty, on condition that they are used according to the directions for use.
THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE:
- Circumstances arising from misuse.
- Damages occurring from external factors like impact and crashing.
- In case of not submitting the invoice, the product will not be covered by the warranty.
